Roles & Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with plant heads, procurement managers, project consultants, and key decision makers.
• Sales Execution & Negotiation: Present Bluechip’s cooling tower solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to provide customized cooling solutions.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, new projects, and competitor activities.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain and update customer data, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Revenue & Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in B2B industrial sales (preferably in cooling towers, HVAC, or mechanical equipment).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

Job Descriptions

Qualification: ITI / Mechanical Draughtsman, AutoCAD, Diploma in Mechanical or Higher. Fresher or Experience.

1. He / She should be able to generate General Assembly drawing, Manufacturing drawing, Detail Drawing in AutoCAD.
2. Prepare detailed working diagrams of mechanical devices including dimensions, and other engineering information.
3. Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, using drafting CAD equipment.
4. Review and analyse specifications, sketches, drawings ideas and related data to access factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
5. Preparing drawings in AutoCAD.
6. Modify & revise designs to correct operating shortages and to reduce production problems.
